Great for benefits and perks - but always feel like each day could be your last day.

Pros
Concert ticket perks are awesome and the health benefits are great. Hours and work from home flexibility was very nice. Events for coworkers to stay connected and get to know each other.
Cons
Upper management keeps you in the dark - growth is limited. HR is non existent which doesn't help when trying to move up within the company.
