Pros

Tidal Vision is a young company with a strong mission. The environmental focus is refreshingly sincere and everyone who works here is bought in. The work is never monotonous, the expectations for employees are realistic, and the leadership is transparent without micromanaging the team. The great reviews of this company are real!

Cons

Summed up by "growing pains". If you are open to taking on new experiences and being flexible with the changes, this won't bother you.

Pros

I couldn't be more thrilled to be a Tidal Visionary! Inspiring mission, vision, and origin story. Incredible and extremely authentic company culture. Everyone really walks the talk. Supportive environment. Super dedicated team members. Ability to work remote with ample opportunities for team connections and interactions. Very fulfilling work. It is a joy to come to work every single day!

Cons

Nothing - wish I'd started sooner (hah!) but am beyond grateful for finally finding such an amazing place and group of people.

Pros

Tidal Vision has grown to over 300 employees, and the core values are still clearly critical to the entire team. Recent funding round went REALLY well, and all 3 primary divisions of the company are poised for growth. With so many different strong applications for chitosan, and a proprietary production method that is significantly more efficient and sustainable than the status quo, Tidal Vision is going places. Data engineering from all sides of the company has improved and is contributing to more efficient innovation across the entire company.

Cons

Still a start-up, so the growing pains are not gone by any means. The work can be difficult, but it's usually very rewarding as well. With so many talented co-workers, we're better at getting to the bottom of things and keeping track of everything. Acquisitions are always difficult. From my perspective, we've integrated remarkably well - but there's still room to do better. We've certainly acquired more companies than I would have guessed, and they have all added significant expertise, innovation, and capability for the Tidal Vision group of companies
