Pros
You get to be part of a team that produces amazing architecture and landscape.
Cons
Very limited flexibility with working hours. You are expected to work overtime, but when you need an hour or two of personal time, during working hours it won't be granted unless you have been working 80 hour weeks. Management doesn't have any leadership skills. The wife wants to squeeze every last drop of blood out of the employees without paying them, but she'll give you $50 for Chinese New Year, and think she is being generous. No health care. There is a lot of favoritism. Stay on the management's good side.
