      Individuals are lovely to work with, lots of truly wonderful people

      Cons

      Like most agencies, the work is relentless and there simply aren't enough people to do the job. Burnout is a real issue.

Unfortunately, working in this industry is often very fast paced, deadline driven and therefore can be demanding and we appreciate it can sometimes be difficult due to the reactive nature of the industry.       Clique mindset People randomly Teams call you (without asking if you’re available!) Office environment felt toxic - everyone would care to your face but would talk badly behind your back Over all unprofessional

      Family feel, supportive agency working as hard for you as you are for it

      Pros

      An agency that wants it to see its team members succeed and reach their potential in both their professional and personal lives. A fully supportive team that are happy to put as much work into your development and enjoyment on the job as you are and who are always pushing in the same direction. Tight-knit, close working environment with the office and team members where colleagues quickly become friends. A leadership team that are happy to listen and take on what you have to say (whether its regarding your level of work, preferences for work style, suggestions for improving the office/work life and more) with communication always possible between all team members, from interns right up to the CEO.

      Cons

      If you're looking for new offices with the latest tech in glass buildings, this probably isn't for you. But you'll be OK if you like townhouses in central London with a bit of character!
