Thanks for your review but this feedback is rather surprising. Payment for our BA's and head office roles are consistent with the industry. While we welcome all ideas, we also need to consider things from all angles before we implement any changes. Lastly, our head office team benefits from a very generous lieu time package. We request that hours in office and out are documented for the benefit of the team member as they get extra time off for any overtime they incur. If you've had a less than positive experience with Tigris, it's regrettable that none of these things could've been brought to our attention while you were working here as a positive, fulfilling work place is very important to us.
