      Shortended workday on Friday Free daily lunch

      Cons

      High turnover and pivoting of strategy made it impossible to have any consistency. Company too focused on growth and are neglecting the larger issues that are straining their employees.

      Friendly colleagues in general, free lunch. CEO is a good guy.

      Cons

      Company has a glaring nepotism problem, most of the managers are basically clueless and have their positions because they know the right people and for other reasons. Company is only profit driven and not concerned with correcting many of the well known issues in the warehouse that affect customers and the staff both in office and the warehouses. No real room for growth
