Easily the best company I've ever worked for. I'd encourage anyone who wants to get into the agricultural software & land management space to explore employment opportunities with Tillable. I know the company will continue to grow and you'll have a chance to work alongside really intelligent and supportive folks.
Cons
You'll definitely need to work hard. But you'll be supported 100% along the way, and you'll learn a ton.

- Competitive Salaries - Stipends for Education & Fitness - Office Location is great (River North) and remote work on Mondays & Fridays is allowed - Awesome Culture / Leadership Team - Work / Life Balance is actually *encouraged*, not just tolerated
Cons
I'd be honest if I had any gripes, but I don't. I really enjoy working here.
