I have been working at ADM full-time (More than 10 years)
friendly well paid great people work there good prospects and busy office environment
lots of scope to advance to senior management level
distance to work can get cold during out of office activities as with all factory environments you can be required to work long hours during breakdowns within the plant
Advice to Management
great work ethic is required here and office personal are really friendly bunch
I applied online. I interviewed at ADM (Liverpool, England) in June 2017.
After two very positive and pleasant interviews including one where they talked about me easily being able to manage the role and potential to expand the role to include some UK-wide responsibilities, I received a letter of regret via second class post. I have asked for feedback as there was none in the letter and two weeks on received nothing. Not impressed with their people skills.
