You are treated like family here at Tilson. We work remote with the option to work out of the headquarters in Portland, Maine if you are local. Even the Owner talks with you like you are a friend or family. So refreshing and welcoming.

Cons

No cons for working here. I would stay here until I retire if I could, unfortunately we are being sold.
