      Pros

      - Start-up feel with solid processes - Directors have lots of experience /knowledge - lots of autonomy to take on additional projects - Great research team - Invest in early career talent

      Cons

      - as with any growing company, there can be ambiguity - usual highs and lows of recruitment - lack of diversity - Low number of holiday days

      Pros

      I was at Timberseed for 3 years and had the opportunity to grow a part of the business from the ground up. I was given great on-the-job training and allowed to work in a way that best suited me and my style. The opportunity is there for you to make it your own. You get the tools to succeed and management is always open to new ideas to improve the organisation. A beer or 5 with the team on Friday's is always a great way to finish the week. A very process-driven organisation, who gave me a great grounding in recruitment and sales.

      Cons

      Like every start-up orientated company, there are growth pains. However, these are always addressed and rectified quick.

      Pros

      No micro-management- you're given the room to manage your own book of work Given clients to manage after 3 months Good perks- office drinks, regular socials, Paris Christmas trips etc

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours can feel long. Most are in the office until 6pm
