Worst leadership ever. Micromanagement at its best. Leadership is clueless and have zero business sense. Work place bullying is common from senior leadership. I have seen colleagues crying and I cried myself coz of bad treatment. All departments work crazy hours. Most of times its not even client demanding unrealistic deadlines but management trying to please client when there is no need. Probably companies greed to make more money by not paying for all the extra hours employees put in. Situation is so bad that, couple of times employee(s) have had mental breakdown and had to take sick off to recover. Far worse conditions for US team. Common for US team to work past midnight. By adding a line in contract that says " your salary covers for all time required to complete your job" company thinks they can make people work like slaves. Company introduced unlimited leave policy to fool around and lure talent. The ground reality is people do not have time to take even standard 4 weeks of annual leave. And this has nothing to do with Covid times. Company had to force employee to take long weekends to get things right in the books as many had as many as 3 months of accumulated outstanding A/L . So if you are tempted with unlimited leave policy its just a hoax. No one have ever managed to enjoy this perk. People move as soon as they see an opportunity. Do not believe me, please check Linkedin Page for yourself how many team members jumped boat in last 2-2.5 years. If you are seeking a role at TimeZoneOne do your research and think twice before applying or accepting the offer. Stay away, unless you desperately need a job, and this is your last and only option.

Abuse of time, belitting by senior staff, no amount of effort is good enough. Don't expect to have a say or opinion because you will get burned. Total dictatorship by a crazy woman who clearly has mental health issues and a CEO who is terrified of her. Insane how two people can ruin an entire company.
