pay is really bad. considerably bad. this is a family owned business so majority of money revenue goes directly to owners while everyone barely makes a living wage. they also over work you leading to many disgruntled, stressed and unhappy employees. management also strongly discourages staff individually/privately to not discuss wages with others to prevent turmoil as some people are more favoured than others which lead to those favoured to be paid more. The layout of the company is also odd and disorganized as everyone scrambles to deal with all the misinformation going around in terms of all resources they are given. they also work in liaison with a warehouse team that deals with all shipping/receiving which they say in previous reviews is a separate 3rd party company but is in fact, owned by them as well to save face as the warehouse team themselves are completely overworked, disorganized and cause many errors which leads to more problems on the backend/makes the company look bad to the brands/stores they distribute to. In terms of the management team, some are great but others have no clue on how to manage/talk to people as they are not certified themselves to be in such a position. There is also no certified, non-bias and dedicated HR professional on site so any meeting/complaint filing with management will always be favoured towards the company. health benefits are non existent compared to other companies and no RRSP is offered so it will be hard to build a future here.
