      A negative workplace killing vibes of the employees.

      Pros

      If the below mentioned can be counted as pros: HR department doesn't exist Extended work hours Nosy Senior Management Saturday off(depending on the CEO's mood) Bunch of sycophants and gossip mongers(hired for doing these two jobs)

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Employees are treated as slaves. Senior Management force everything on the employees whether it's working on weekend or a retreat.

      nstead of anonymously voicing your opinion here, did you put forward your point of view in person? Considering Timeus has always been a transparent organisation, we would have found a way to address your concern. However, if there were performance issues on your part, then Timeus has always been a tough task master as we believe that if you want to be the best, there can’t be any shortcuts . We are open to debate it out in person.

      Pros

      - If it is nearby to your home and you have nothing to do go there work like animals in minimum bucks they provide. - You can feel the worst here, so next when you go to bad companies you will be still happy.

      Cons

      - No employee ethics - No one respects you. - Repetitive work, No room to grow. - No one motivates you everyone enjoys killing your positive vibes. - They feel like if you are not going late you are not working and don't deserve anything. - No abusive words, no shouting but they stab you in your back. - No one appreciate the good, your bad things will be announced in public.

      Over the 15 long years, Timeus has grown strength to strength on the back of outstanding performance of its employees. Our employees are our biggest asset and we try our best to nurture this asset. However, at times, some rotten apples try their best to spoil our work culture, ethics and negatively influence some seriously talented resources. At Timeus, we have no iota of respect for such people who lie and try to brew politics and negativity in our work environment. And when they leave, they leave no stone unturned in maligning our image. It’s a professional world and it’s where work ultimately matters. At the end, no bad-mouthing will harm our reputation and we will keep attracting good talent and thriving on outstanding work.
