      Depends, if you have a good manager you'll be happy to work alongside with them.

      Cons

      1. Expect us to cover stores one end of the country to the other. 2. Lack of empathy 3. Some managers are too complacent with their work and Expect newbies to catch up to their level. 4. Some managers couldn't stand new ideas from newbies, hence sometimes they will give you cold shoulder for no apparent reasons.
