Pros
Decent benefits, attractive office space, good work/life balance., good name in the industry. It looks good, but the actual experience doesn't match the aesthetic.
Cons
While the physical space is modern,the actual work, managerial style, Human Resources and culture are toxic. Expect a juvenile atmosphere,schoolyard cliques and a lack of communication. There is no emphasis on integrity or true talent. It's a family run business, so if you are a friend of the family, you are golden. Otherwise, I would consider a more professional employer if you desire a professional experience.
