Nepotism alive and well, no question. Not much investment in lower level employees. No communication from upper management. Salary on lower end. Regularly hire and then trim the fat. Employees only stick to their responsibilities and don't offer help or assistance. Lots of passing off questions (even if they know the answer).

Upper management doesn't understand our market

Could use a bit more support from upper management at HQ or more team building days. We also are stretched thin with the demand of the job.

Lack of promotions within the company, and the people that received them were not well deserved. Upper management is more worried about who is a better poker player, who they know, or who wears the nicest outfit to work than if they can perform well at their job. No leadership. Sometimes do not see management for months.

Management is bad, upper management has a club either you are in or your not.

Upper management is bad and the company lacks diversity.
