good pay, some reasonable and good people there but being strangled of life by the long term parasites that are within TIMET.

Cons

very aggressive & American owned company. non organised chaos is best to describe TIMET. A PCC owned corporation that manages itself on a day to day basis. no clear goal or guidance from the very top all the way down.

Base pay is good but no longer market leading to compensate for high workloads. access to heavy industrial technology and interesting work.

Cons

no business strategy to speak off with all focus on current quarter performance, company has remained static for years which has caused decline in performance and unhappy customers. poor culture and morale, very high turnover of staff that leads to instability and lack of trust. simply not enough resource to get things done to a good standard and all personal development is up to you to push hard for.

Pros

I met some very intelligent and influential people to my life, some of which were our suppliers. I gained incredibly valuable experience managing some very important and interesting projects.

Cons

Zero structure and massive political fallouts and blame-games between departments and from the office to the shop-floor. Childish and close-minded.
