Pros
It's a small company that really values their employees and they have fun. Most of the people here have started at ground level and worked their way up, and the company helps with getting licensed. The toxicity I've experienced at other jobs just really doesn't exist in this office. The culture is open communication and supporting each other. They are flexible, understanding and patient. They have very good PTO *and* sick leave allowances, as well as 410k match.
Cons
The insurance options are okay, but the company doesn't cover dependents so any additional plans for family will be out of pocket. The company is working on expanding diversity right now, but there's a ways to go.
