Pros

The office is visually nice

Cons

Made up job roles for those who fit the Instagram profile. Women are not a valuable commodity and are looked down on by senior management Toxic environment where cliques are well known If you are not their type of person you physically feel it by being mentally tormented The exec board are so out of touch it’s laughable yet portray a one team approach. Ask any staff member what the turnover of staff is - it’s a revolving door. Run by bullies who think that they are bigger than what they are

Worst company I've ever worked for

Pros

Access to live entertainment experiences

Cons

Terrible management! The owners are liars and cruel. If you don't have what they consider an Instagramable face they have no interest in you. One of the founders was swanning around the globe during the pandemic, hopping from country to country avoiding lockdown restrictions when his staff were all locked up inside their homes, suffering and still working for him. I know of some people who were forced out of the company through bullying or treating them badly, which affected mental health. They throw money at "problems" (and people) to make them go away and bully companies in the industry to buy their products.
