As of the date I left they didn't offer a 401K or any type of retirement plan most of their long term staff have nothing set aside for when they retire.
There is a cult like mentality to the organization, if you read all of the reviews from current employees, you'll see none of them can find any cons to the organization. When the CEO walks through the work areas employees are expected to clap. When the CEO has a visitor everyone is expected to clap.
As of the date I left, the company would close between Christmas and New Years and they would not pay their employees for the time they were closed. With most employees making near minimum wage, it was tough to miss a full week of pay.
The company is focused on sales, and their sales team would lie about terms of their contracts only to leave the client care department to have to deal with angry clients who were in signed non cancellable contracts.
The company micromanages your day, the time clock is strictly enforced, whether arriving, going to and from work or leaving, not being close to the exact minute was not tolerated. If you were helping a client and you happened to need to work overtime for 5 minute or so, the time was typically manually edited from your work day and the minor extra time would not be paid.
The best way to advance in the company is through nepotism, and it is obvious that there are different sets of rules for the many family members then for every other employee.
