Pros

The product itself is innovative and easy to stand behind.

Cons

There's a disconnect between how polished the product is and how messy things can feel internally, because you're trying to provide support while dealing with unclear processes and shifting expectations, and instead of having a stable way of handling things you're constantly adjusting depending on the situation, which slows everything down and makes the job more frustrating than it should be.

Good pay, comparing the market. Good benefits.

Cons

Managers are operate unprofessionally, and driven by personal vendettas. They fire employees solely for not liking them or where they are from. They have 0 care for any LGBTQ+ needs or inclusivity They just want to pay people for one position while asking them to perform 4 other positions within that pay.

Pros

- if you like high school cliques and drama - basically this whole department - you’ll go far if you can kiss butt and be best friends with the “leadership” in this department - if you want to utilize the amazing benefits from the therapy you’ll need

Cons

- being competent and good at your job doesn’t get you recognition or a promotion, instead you’ll be targeted because “leadership” is threatened - unprofessional and favouritism; you’ll get promoted if you’re good friends with “leadership” - huge “mean girls” culture and non stop gossip especially for conversations that are meant to be confidential. Do something wrong? Expect the whole leadership team to know, talk about it and judge you. There is no safe space. - “leadership” in this department is a joke; made up of insecure, pick-me’s who will throw you under the bus, if it means making themselves look good, or them advancing in their “career” - HR is as useless as it can be; expect no confidentiality. They have close friendships with the Care leadership. Expect whatever you tell them, gets told back to the perpetrators - SLT? Forget it. Probably the worst because not only do they not do anything to stop the toxicity, favouritism and bullying but instead enable this behaviour by letting it happen.
