UK “trainers/artists” whatever they want to call themselves needs some training on how to do their job. Absolutely no professionalism in the way they speak to employees and the main reason I left as I’ve never had someone put me down the way a certain one did at work. I read a review on here about the ones at the top playing mean girls and couldn’t agree more. It’s literally a group of very friends at the top that are all very snobby and don’t like to hand out opportunities to the ones that genuinely work hard and are trying to progress. No space for growth and it baffles me that nothing was ever done about any grievances put in. Hopefully now Estée Lauder own this company they will sort out these issues and make it a better place to work. And also the employee targets are ridiculous so they are hard to reach which equals in no comission and when you do work so hard to get it you only get 1% which isn’t very motivating!
