      Learned the tricks of the trade here. Great professional development to ensure you become a strong recruiter if you have the drive to do well. Management is communicative and will support your success.

      Had to work in-office and get candidates to come in face-to-face for initial intake.

      Literally none - poor pay, terrible culture and awful leadership

      All of the above. The base is garbage, benefits are a joke, and the training doesn;t exist, nor does the support to grow.

      Pros

      They give you the training and tools needed to succeed. If you're someone who performs, this role will make you lots of $$ Good culture, regularly take care of meals - lots of mini perks They care about employees Teammates were nice They don't micromanage but help you set and achieve goals Experts in the field

      Cons

      Prior to pandemic, the team was big. Lots of political discussions that got heated. Those employees are no longer there.
