Great people but the company could be more innovative

Pros
Wonderful, supportive people and management who genuinely care about the work they do. A genuine feeling of "we're all in this together". An interesting and fun product to work on. Good perks (free famil trip, possibility to participate in global Flight Centre events) Nice offices, great social connections.
Cons
Innovation is often expected to happen from bottom-up, which can be empowering and exciting for team members but also very frustrating when the correct skills or expertise are lacking and there is no time, incentive or simply budget to gain them. More ownership from management is needed on this, this is not a start up, after all.
