Terrible place for intermediate level employees. Zero management experience supervisor keep making unrealistic plan and promising traning that never received. Very toxic and stressful environment. All the intermediate level engineers chose to leave the company after 5 year's service. Customer always complain that toromont is dirty cheap and is only willing to hire zero experience guy who often mess up the project. Don't trust the slogan on the website and wall.

Few growth opportunities. Easy to stuck in the role when you excel in the role
