Pros

I worked in one of the branches in Asia. It was really good experience as I got to work as Global company but also small company in the branch. Learn a lot and the salary increase based on your performance - quite good paid.

Cons

They have strong believe in themselves, which is good in a way but also sometimes looks really stubborn to some customers of different culture.

Absolutley none - just a place to earn a wage. Keep looking for jobs even when you get hired.

Cons

Incompetent departments. Lack of motovation on bottom level. Management have no clue about processes or databases in satellite sites.
