Pros

Been with the company for several years now and one of the main reason I am still staying is because it gave me an opportunity to grow within my role and I was able to be exposed to many cross-functional projects which gave me a more rounded background. People are also what matters, the company is small enough to still feel like you are just not a number.

Cons

Workload is heavy and sometimes there is no clarity in the company direction at top level.

Discount was great, but I hear that’s even recently been reduced.

Cons

The whole of European corporate team has been taken over by a group of people who strangely all relocated from Prada together with an obvious plan to bring their friends in, after they’d pushed the previous Tory Burch employees out of their positions.
