      Great Students, but many company problems

      Pros

      You get to work with some very nice students and some of your co workers are very nice.

      Cons

      You aren't paid if your student doesn't show up or cancels last minute even though Total Learning Centers will charge them High turn over rates High level of disorganization and structural problems

      The staff and students are really amazing. We would encourage all suggestions to make the operations better. We continue to work on increasing pay for employees. Thank you for your comments.
