Pros
Excellent salary for the area plus the company have a generous pension scheme, a good share scheme and you have the option of either a 9-day fortnight or flexible working.
Cons
Penny wise and pound daft. They seem to be on a 3-year cycle of repeating the same management initiatives only re-branded. Offices are absolutely dire and some of the decisions taken by senior management can only be described as bizzare.
