Pros
It is a casual dress atmosphere, which is so nice. I had great coworkers. We were able to build professional and casual relationships. Company pays for occasional social events like holiday parties (including alcohol!). I was able to work independently while still part of a team, but not be micromanaged.
Cons
Management doesn't stick up for their employees. The owner only cares about his bottom line, not about his employees or even the clients. Promises are frequently made that are not kept. Being mislead is a common thing at Total Wellness. There are ridiculous double standards for expectations of work. Good employees are asked to do everything, and employees that do less are allowed to do whatever they want without anything being said. It's an extremely frustrating environment because of this in particular. But management isn't bold enough to say or do anything about it.
