Pros

Co-workers were great and willing to help out.

Cons

Leadership lacks professionalism and strategy for growth. Everything is a priority and you are over worked with no incentives. They blame you for their misdirection. Avoid this place!

Pros

Good base salary for position

Cons

I joined the company with the hope of contributing to a growing international operation. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a dysfunctional environment riddled with poor communication, questionable ethics, and a total lack of respect for employee rights. The Canadian division was closed abruptly, and employees were let go without proper documentation, written notice, or transparency around final pay. Despite repeated professional requests, no termination letters were issued, and commissions that were owed remain unpaid. Inquiries were either ignored or redirected to legal counsel — who also refused to provide clear answers. The Record of Employment (ROE) issued did not meet labour standards — it contained factual errors and was completed by someone without proper HR or legal training. When questioned, the company refused to correct the documentation or acknowledge the issue. Certain leadership roles were filled by individuals who lacked not only the qualifications but also the professional decorum typically expected in senior financial positions. Those tasked with managing payroll and employee relations seemed more focused on executing uncomfortable tasks than upholding basic workplace standards. There is no HR infrastructure or professional and transparent communication — just reactive decisions and people doing damage control. If you value ethics, clarity, and working with competent professionals, this isn’t the place.
