Pros

When working, I enjoyed the job and physical labor.

Cons

Site supervisors were not good the majority of the time. Never knew if you would be working the next week, or if they would have somewhere for you to go after the job is done. Even if working a 40+ hour week, still not considered FT, and get no benefits. Pay was way lower than should have been.

Pros

They pay all travel. They rent you a car or fly you and rent the car, If you decide to drive they pay mileage. You get per diem and Layover per diem.

Cons

On the road a lot 2-4 weeks and little home time.
