Pros
The company is going through hyper-growth and has lots of room for upward mobility in both their leadership roles in upper management and for executive positions.
Cons
The work environment is 'fast-paced' literally, and each day is an adventure. Although they are in the roadside assistance and towing space they are really a tech company with a vast amount of technology to learn. About one-third is proprietary, and the other systems are known Saas platforms but custom to for their use case.
