      Pros

      The workplace was varied so I worked with and met people from various backgrounds. All ethnic backgrounds were well represented.

      Cons

      There seemed to be discord between managers which reflected in the way issues were handled with one manager openly expressing distaste for another. A more unified approach would have been better to minimise division within the team.
