Learned a lot from the whole office staff, and maintenance as well.

Cons

too much micromanaging, and negativity the office operated off of how the property manager felt that day.

Area managers and leasing staff should not be best friends. It creates a toxic work culture for everyone else.

The pay is really the only plus of working here but it’s not even worth the headache

Cons

Terrible upper management with no help on the front lines because upper management doesn’t care about their team, zero flexibility, lack of training, fires people for not reaching a certain leading percentage and picks and chooses who gets $500 off move in costs and who doesn’t, multiple of the same reports weekly. The list goes on…
