      Weak senior management

      Pros

      Some excellent people who are sincere and hardworking but most of those people are in junior to middle management positions. Don't expect recruitment in 2016.

      Cons

      Weak leadership lacking strategic direction or understanding of markets they serve. It's a business that is in deep trouble. Technology is poor and Tracerco's reputation in the O&G sector is mixed at best.

      A once fantastic place to work eroded by toxic and weak management

      Pros

      Wonderful place to work until 2023

      Cons

      - Toxic management and cliques. Weak leaders unwilling to take accountability or be challenged. - No strategy since divestment. - Bonus scheme offered but this has rapidly diminished to nil in recent years due to stagnation in services or new products. - Many long-term and experienced staff leaving. - Experienced staff wanting to drive innovation excluded, or are made redundant, replaced with junior roles on less salary under guise of “restructuring” - Many employees fearing redundancy, many “gatekeep” information to ensure their longevity destroying any collaborative environment

      Going downhill

      Pros

      There are still some genuine people working at Tracerco that are trying their best to keep morale up.

      Cons

      There is very little trust in the SLT and CEO, and it is getting worse. Lots of good people have left recently because of this and a lot of others have been made redundant, and many of us still here are actively looking for jobs elsewhere.
