I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I will share that this company is on a very positive trajectory and we are growing. We have a great CEO who is transparent and honest with employees and an ELT that is always looking to improve operations for the better. The departments and teams behind the software are some of the best in the business and there is a genuine feeling amongst everyone that we are headed towards an exciting future. There is a lot to love with this company, including the opportunities for growth, open door approach with management and valuable monthly company meetings. I am excited to be a part of the trajectory of this company.

First of all, nobody asked me to write this review—nobody threatened me or even hinted at doing so. This is a good company, and the changes that have been made are genuinely positive. I agree with the recent reviewers: if you work hard, if you give your best, you will be recognized, appreciated, and promoted. Oh, and by the way—leaders here actually listen to you and value your input. You’re allowed to make mistakes and learn from them, which creates a safe and supportive environment for growth. If you’re considering TNS as your next employer, I highly recommend bringing up those negative reviews (most of which are fake) during your interview and having an open conversation about them.
