      This company has absolutely no oragnisational structure in place. We request for training and they give us something completely different to work on. Expect us to meet targets without relevant training given. Absolutely amazing at giving FALSE HOPE

      Good work life balance. Willing to use latest technology. Great teams to work with. Excellent at giving false hope.

      Cons

      Don't get to do anything exciting work wise. A lot of false hope that you're valued. Willing to pay more to new employees and not reward current employees. Lack of decision makers. Priorities change week on week.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized company with a strong culture of blame. Tracker has been loss making for several years and has a high rate of employee turnover due to both resignations and rounds of redundancies. IT is highly uncooperative, draconian and unwilling to fix any problems unless forced to by upper management.
