      Pros

      I've worked at a few start-ups. None come close to this place. The team, the energy, the excitement, the support — it makes it a dream. Everyone says they have a great culture. But I really think it's true that Tracksuit has a great one. Meaningful work, high growth, but with some proper work-life balance thrown in the mix. Most importantly, a really great touch team spearheaded by the fantastic Coach T.

      Cons

      Maybe the fact that it's situated so close to a great cafe (Rude Boy) that is too tempting to buy lunch at every day?

      Pros

      Strong talent density. A company that genuinely cares about employee work experience. Fantastic brand that allows us to attract top talent. Scaling fast and a genuine defensible moat. Solid equity and comp packages. And finally, an incredible ICP who are innovative and care about building their career whilst we build the company. This dynamic makes the space super interesting.

      Cons

      The company is moving fast, and you will need to reinvent your role every 6 months (for people driven by learning, this will be a good signal).

      Pros

      The product is phenomenal, but what makes it even more amazing is the genuine top down people first approach to the way Tracksuit operates. Their EVP is no joke, an authentic experience working with some really switched on and great people.

      Cons

      Lots of change as part of the next journey but to be honest this is more exciting than it is scary. Cant wait to see where we head to next!
