      - Amazing people - Team environment was great - Very knowledgeable team - Got to work with someone who taught me a lot about Salesforce.com and other technologies - Flexible hours - CEO is a fun guy and thinks big

      Cons

      - My manager was not clear with me about expectations - No real alignment on company values - No work life balance - No overtime pay, can be crazy hours - Make much more now at a competing SI - No real vision of how the business will evolve - No real experience in management roles

      Pros

      Great/weird people and a culture that allows them to shine. Family-friendly. Great office, great benefits, great perks. Some great clients/brands. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Growing pains are creating an environment that contradicts the company values of candid communication and great work. The typical office politics and backstabbing that were so foreign to Traction early on are becoming more the norm today.

      Good pay, thats about it.

      Cons

      No on board training. Employees keep notes on each other to complain to management. Have to chase management for weeks to get any questions answered.
