      -New office being custom build for the company, akin to a Google or Facebook work space -Young, ambitious and energetic workforce -Great company culture; hiring not only based on competencies but also on cultural match

      Cons

      Office is not in the city centre, so therefore advise you to get a car which is very favourable in Austria (low cost of vehicles & petrol, with an allowance to commute)
