Pros

Generally nice people who mean well, you can also WFH. Benefits are generally good for a start-up.

Cons

The business lost it's way 18-24mths ago, and then came sweeping changes across the senior management team starting with a new CEO in August 2015. The product was once quite strong, but in a crowded marketplace lost momentum in product developments and positioning. The solution still has a place in mid tier, but most Enterprise businesses will go elsewhere most of the time, due to lack of features they now require. The new CEO/SVP Sales came in and made sweeping changes to the sales org at the end of 2015, letting go good proven salespeople in place of 'president club' winners from their previous company who still have not sold anything to boast about. The new Sr management all came from a business (Vocus) where they only had 1 or 2 competitors. It's a different ball game when you have 20 or so....Now I think they are starting to realise that it's not bad salesmanship, but a weak product in a crowded market that is seeing the business decline.....and it's too late to play catch up. Good people are jumping ship.

Pros

Work from home culture can come in handy sometimes.

Cons

From product to pricing and packaging to senior management- a sinking ship. The company received funding some time ago and have seemed to waste it with modules which no one wants or needs. The product is vastly over priced and the market realises this. The company have not had any significant wins in a long time but this is not surprising given how weak the value prop is.

Started great, some unfortunate changes

Pros

My first few months at the company were amazing, with great people, a fun office environment and it was clear to everyone that Tracx's social media management platform was one of the best in the market. I had a great manager the entire time I worked there, but at one point a new CEO was appointed (the current CEO) and subsequently made sweeping changes to the business, sacrificing company culture and morale to boost the bottom-line.

Cons

The market is crowded and Tracx is struggling to find a true product-market fit. Upper management seems to be focused singularly on increasing sales and is willing to make cuts anywhere in the business - people are seen as numbers.
