Pros

Outstanding training, method, and access to high profile clientele. The company sets you up to be very marketable when searching for a new position in this field.

Cons

There is no health insurance, no paid time off, or other benefits. Also, there are limited opportunities for advancement, a long unpaid training program, no HR infrastructure, and excessive physical training demands.

Free membership, access to many high clientele and good connections

Cons

Horribly organized HR/ upper management. All employees are 100% disposable. Trainers are used and abused. Facilities not up to par. All encounters with founder of company were outrageous and laughable.
