It is an interesting industry, the food was solid, some flexibility with work from home

The leadership is generally toxic. Onboarding is non existent. A ton of gaslighting. Most people there are nice, but the culture is poor nonetheless. People have been there for years with little to no increase in title or pay.
Treatment from upper management is disgraceful. No training, no sense of camaraderie among coworkers. Founders are at the heart of the issue it's not going to change. Don't be fooled by the cool industry take your talent elsewhere.
