      The founders/CEO make you feel welcome from day 1. If you spot an area for improvement, they are keen to hear your suggestions and ideas. If you need to strengthen your knowledge and expertise, they will help you fill the gaps. Very friendly teams cooperating well across all regions. Smart dedicated individuals in every office contributing to the overall success of the company.

      Cons

      Compensation is ok, but benefits are kept to a minimum.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work for Trading Central for a 3-month internship with their US Desk. From the onset, their culture was very warm and I liked the guys who I worked with. We really worked as a team when it came down to getting stuff done. Another big thing was that even though I didn’t know too much, in the beginning, my boss was really chill and helped me learn how to become a technical analyst. I’d say the last big thing was that if they hire you, they trust you, and they will give you a chance to excel.
