      Pros

      Smart colleagues, good timelines, longstanding relationships, growing departments. Work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      Genuinely confused what some of the big salaries do. As purse-strings tightened, it became super obvious that people like the Head of Planning do little to contribute.

      A place to grow in your role and develop your craft. Colleagues as friends. Work hard and play harder. Gives back to the community and genuinely cares about its people.

      Cons

      There is turnover as at all agencies - people are typically leaving for faster promotion or a raise.
