Pros
Reasonable numbers of students. Practical delivery is main subject delivery. My direct manger is supportive and helpful. Department manger is also helpful and supportive. Great environment to learn in for staff and students.
Cons
Too much administration paperwork. Poor management at higher levels. Can be poorly organised due to a lack of support at senior level. Pay ( no rises for 8 years and rising). Poor IT equipment and provision for staff and learners. Old machinery and equipment, lacks investment.
