      Pros

      They have lots of contacts to reach out to and have hired some really great people within the company.

      Cons

      There is no support within roles. Expectations and tools to succeed are few and far between. They tend to have a one size fits all attitude within the company and that is so unrealistic for different positions. Overall a tense atmosphere and you're always worried the rug will be pulled out for under you.
