Pros

The colleagues are very nice, Really people-centered approach. High flexibility. It's not a bad place to work at, at all, especially if you are still studying and need part-time work.

Cons

The salary package isn't the most appealing, but it's not bad. Workload can be high for agents depending on the project.

Pros

- The base pay is low, but due to benefits such as premiums, food, transport, and other bonuses and veterancy, the salary will increase this including if you could upsell - friendly people - has day care - have free meals to save money - same as above, but you can use the specialized card to buy food or drugs, reducing your financial stress - Have transport vans, reducing your travel costs - near malls to buy gifts or buy food - provides Christmas hams at the end of the year

Cons

- frequent changes in manpower - if they are low in people, they will take agents on a preexisting campaign and transfer - although there are advantages, such as a salary boost due to bonuses from sales and such, this also creates skill mismatch - Depending on the campaign or your mental capability to handle stress, some campaigns are toxic - Agents that could or would be promoted will have to wait if they got an escalation, which may add to their current infraction, assuming they got another one during production activities

Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

I have never come across such a pathetic company in my entire career. While Transcom as an MNC might look good on paper, the reality of working at the Pune location is nothing short of a nightmare. If you're considering joining Transcom Pune, be mentally and physically prepared to destroy your peace. The work environment is highly demotivating, toxic, and completely lacks any kind of employee appreciation or growth opportunities. Here are the major issues I faced: Unexplained Salary Deductions: They make arbitrary deductions from your salary without any prior intimation or proper communication. Even after multiple follow-ups with HR, you get no clarity or resolution. The deductions just happen, and you're left wondering where your hard-earned money went. Complete Lack of Support from HR & Leadership: If you have any genuine concerns, forget about getting help. HR and even the Head of the location will outright refuse to meet you or entertain your issues. There is zero accountability and zero willingness to address employee problems. No Growth, No Appreciation: If you join with the hope of career growth or learning, you can forget about it immediately. No matter how much effort you put in or how well you perform, you will never receive any appreciation or recognition. Instead, the company culture actively pulls you down and demotivates you. You constantly feel undervalued and low. Toxic & Unfair Culture: Appreciation and rewards are only reserved for the "favorites" – people who blindly follow instructions or those who do minimal work but stay in the good books of management. Hardworking employees who actually deliver results are ignored or deliberately demotivated. It's a classic case of rewarding mediocrity while punishing genuine effort. The overall culture at Transcom Pune is one of demotivation, favoritism, and complete disregard for employee well-being. There is no transparency, no fairness, and absolutely no respect for the people who actually do the work. My honest advice: If you're looking for a stable, respectful, and growth-oriented workplace, stay far away from Transcom Pune. Save your mental and physical health – this place is not worth it. I wish I had known all this before joining.
