Pros

I learned a ton about customer support in a call center and real time interfacing with multiple databases and inter departmental communication and multitasking on that level

Cons

High expectations and output and speed prioritized far more than customer satisfaction. Continually ask to be shown how to do something it just never happens I end up picking it up from a coworker

Cons

Management lacks empathy and Asst.GM is a bully that puts employees against each other and if you don't click with her favorites, your harassed, intimidated, put down. The GM just brushes everything under the rug and lets her bully everyone. She tries to have accidents covered up to protect the company and not the riders.
